| 1267829 | 2012-04-01 20:42:00 | The plastic mesh filter at the bottom became brittle and disintegrated into a million bits when I removed it. Bits have been breaking up for a while it seems. Yesterday I took it out, spent ages picking tiny bits of plastic out the drain, and bottom of the dishwasher. All of that is now in the bin,. But bits of it have been floating around during wash, and the spray arms have become clogged. I have tried blasts of water, tweezers, wire etc but it's plastic not food. Tweezers and wire just shove it all back in, and then then poke back into the holes but are too big (by nanometers) to fall out, and I can't get it all out. If the spray arms came apart it would be helpful, but they don't. You have your small water holes and a hole in centre - no I can't get it all to fall out there either. Any suggestions on how to clean it all out? |

| 1267831 | 2012-04-01 21:07:00 | When the arms are dry I'd try sucking the bits out with a vacuum cleaner sealed up against the hole in the centre. Baking soda and white vinegar don't fix plastic debris. |
