1267259 2012-03-28 09:50:00 Is it legitimate to set up a USA Mail Forwarding address like this one (http://www.shipito.com/)?

It's because prices in the US is much cheaper than those in NZ but for reasons (I don't know) some sellers (Amazon, eBay, etc) can't ship the product to NZ and some other countries.

Cheers

1267260 2012-03-28 10:13:00 Yes, it's perfectly legit (and Shipito are great - I've used them several times myself in the past).

Just be aware that depending on the value of the item you're importing, you may need to pay GST when it arrives in NZ - so it won't always work out cheaper once you take the shipping and taxes into account.

1267267 2012-03-29 01:24:00 Have you done the maths ?? Working it out, the pricing is USA by the looks, so going by the prices PCTek listed (depending if they are US or NZ pricing), the cheapest is $34 + 10 ( in round figures), convert that the NZ $$$ and its around $54. Not that much cheaper. About $10. wainuitech (129)
