| 1267165 | 2012-03-28 02:40:00 | I just got a promo in the mailbox today. 12 month term, at $75 per month, first 2 months free, giving phone, broadband, 40GB and a wireless modem. Compared that to my current plan with Vodafone, 8GB and phone cost me $7 more, with only one fifth of the data! I'm currently reduced to dialup, which sucks so badly that I can't even load the Vodafone site to see if they've adjusted their plans at all (odd that their site always performs worse than any other sites when they are throttling me). I reckon they'd better get busy competing or get ready to lose my custom. |

| 1267167 | 2012-03-28 02:59:00 | I've already switched over from Xnet. Working OK so far. A bit dissappointed with the speeds in the evenings but it's fast enough for what we use it for and I'm saving about $30 a month. Will have to relook at it once the special 12 month contract runs out. |

I had to phone then recently re no phone or broadband and got a local (nz) human in just over 2 minutes. and they fixed it within around 3 hours. We are 30km from Nelson City. |

Just a bit weary of changing things around, we have two phone numbers on the same line, one of which diverts to a mobile phone. Any downtime affects the wifes business, as does a setup that doesn't work exactly as it does now. They were positive it would be a seamless switch, But having been screwed over by every teleco I have ever dealt with I don't quite share their optimism. |

You forgot their appearance on Close Up and Fair Go last year then? I found out, and numerous other forum postings seemed to agree with that if it works, it's OK, if there's a problem you will die of old age waiting for it to be sorted. |

Our change over was seemless, didn't even know it had happened until our internet stopped working. Just had chuck in the new router and away it went again. We have faxability for wife's business and that changed over no problems along with the normal phone line and keeping both numbers. |

| 1267174 | 2012-03-28 04:19:00 | Just checked out the website, it says 40 GBfree for the first 12 months. Is that on top of the 40 you are paying for? Or does that include the 40. What does it cost after the 12 months? | plod (107) | ||
