They do encrypt there emails ... they just send along the "encryption key" as an attachment to the recipient ... so that they can actually read the mail .... of course some of this email missed its make and ends up in the hands of "innocent" persons who now have access to 6,000 odd ACC claimants which ultimately get the ACC Minister hung drawn & quartered .... (shame that) .... and the sh!t continues to hit the fan over this one.
As to the original question ... "Are Politicians and Public servants stupid?" ... indubitably so, it is a prerequisite for the job. |
