| 1267536 | 2012-03-30 05:16:00 | Yes I always thought that software licences were a bit of a cheek. The average person does not know that when you "buy" software they say you are only buying a license to use it. So if you sold your PC you were not legally entitled to sell the software. Who says - their fancy lawyers ? Of course I agree that if you sell the software with your used computer you would have to buy new software for your new computer. |

Actually not quite right -- If its written in the terms and conditions, and when you click the "I agree" button you have to during install, you are agreeing to what ever terms and conditions are written. Most people dont read what they are agreeing to, so they could put anything they like in the Terms and conditions and be completely with in their rights, since you agree by clicking that button. Saying " oh I didn't read them" is NOT a defence. And thats a fact that stands up in court. |

| 1267541 | 2012-03-30 13:19:00 | I bought second hand games throughout most of my childhood. Then eb games got stupid and decided 2nd hand meant price of new minus 2-10 dollars. If consoles do this then I won't be buying a new one without something else really good going for it (hell, like half price for new games? not likey) Gaming might not be dead but the industry seems to be trying it's damndest to kill it. |

| 1267542 | 2012-03-30 19:13:00 | and they'll still charge $120 for the games Correct Junkie. PS3 games are $20-30 above pc games, yet they are way harder to pirate. Must be way harder to develop.... I wont be buying a PS4 for this very reason, looks like i will be stuck playing Civ2 and heroes 3 for the rest of my life, i dont mind |
