My friend's girlfriend is rather unimpressed by the fact that her home page (on IE5) has been replaced by a rather unplesent porno site(Due to her boyfriends late night porno viewing and a lack of IE security updates!)He asked me for help.The home page always goes back to the porno site on reboot.Any sugesstions for a way to fix this wee problem! |

In IE go to tools/options/homepage/general and enter the URL of the homepage which you want to open when you go online. Or you can set it to 'Blank' so that no page opens until you insert a URL or hit a 'favourite'. Hope this helps. |

In IE, Tools > Options > Home Page, and give it a new one, should fix it. If not it's not a fault in IE, rather a pesky program lurking somewhere! |

I already tryed to change the homepage the normal way and it is fine until the computer is rebooted.The pesky porno returns! |

It pays to have antivirus software and a firewall operating had same attempted software try to infiltrate my system heaps of them out there these days use ad-aware,web washer ,reg cleaner etc |
