| 37056 | 2002-02-25 19:26:00 | I am running ICQ 2000b beta v.4.70 on a Win 98 machine at 800Mhz with 30Gb HDD and 128Mb RAM. The programme is fine for perhaps 20 minutes or so and then becomes very slow to respond and it eventually disconnects. After each reconnection the problem becomes worse and ultimately it is impossible to use. MSN Messenger works fine, but not all my contacts are using Messenger. ICQ has more features, but maybe its complexity is the problem. Any suggestions on a resolution greatly appreciated. |

You should be able to just install over the top of what you've already got, and it'll save most, if not all, of your settings. | Guest (0) | ||
