| 37316 | 2002-02-27 10:50:00 | Evening All I giveth and taketh away in this post. I have an excellent table of Shortcut Keys for Excel. It's a spreadsheet that has the 'mode' keys (Shift, Ctrl, Alt, etc) as the column headings, and the function, alphanumeric, and special keys as the row titles. The function performed is in the body of the table - so for instance, you look down the the Alt column and across the F8 row to see that Alt + F8 is 'Macro List'. You can print the whole thing on one page. Download it here: <www.cpearson.com Now for the takeaways: Does anyone know of a similar table available for MS-Word? I know that in Word 2000 you can print a big list of all the shortcuts by using a built-in macro, but I find it unwieldy and badly categorised - I always spend ages searching for things on it. I can't help thinking that someone must have produced something better. Cheers John. |
