With the imminent closure of Zfree, does anyone have any comments about 'E3' as an ISP?
their rates are very competitiive , but are there any snags? For example in addition to using O.E for mail can you also access your mall using their web page if overseas? Their answers to FAQ on their webpage doesn't give too much away |

I haven't looked at E3 for some time but if I remember correctly the catch last year was that you had to sign up for a minimum of 12 months. If that still applies it might be a bit of a risk given that someone of note in the IT industry recently predicted that there would be a major 'rationalisation' in the NZ ISP ranks this year. ZFree might be the first off the rank. |

Thanks Robin.I think they might also charge for use of their helpline as well. 'Splurge' had cheap rates too bur they don't seem to be listed in he Net Guide any more. Perhaps they've gone under! B. |
