37480	2002-02-28 10:43:00	I have bought a new computer running WinXP Home. I am having problems running Word 2000 on it. Word 2000 worked fine with my previous OS - Win98SE. Word will load most times, but I do not have all the functions/features. eg I cannot 'Browse by page', nor can I 'Highlight' and delete text with the keyboard 'Delete Button'. (The keyboard 'Delete Button' works with 'other' applications.) I have uninstalled and re-installed Word and tried all the 'Compatability Tests'. I have tried the Microsoft Knowledge Base and Web site...with no luck...any suggestions? 'C'	Guest (0)
37481	2002-02-28 11:31:00	Colleen, I'm unsure how to help you at this stage, but I can reassure you, Word 2000 works fine under Windows XP - I've just been using it, and I've not had any problems with it. I'll see if I can come up with something though (no promises). Mike	Guest (0)
