| 37382 | 2002-02-28 04:25:00 | I have installed windows 95 on a 486dx 100 computer. Windows will not start except in safe mode. At times after starting it gives the message that it is now safe to turn your computer off. I have 16meg of ram and a 4.3gb hard drive, also the mouse is not working. Can anybody out there help please. Thanks George |

Try running setup again, over top of whats there, 2nd time around might pickup what it missed the first time. Could be some serious IRQ clashing. Take out the modem and soundcard before setup, and install them latter, just some ideas. |
