| 37668 | 2002-03-03 05:14:00 | Hi, Will be changing my isp soon due to a disagreement with my cyurrent isp actrix. Which flat-rate dial-up plans are people using and why? Also, in the interim I will be using web-based email from varsity until I get my new isp sorted. Which do people find the best and why? Thanks for the help. G P |

I also use netscape for my second email addy as it has bigger mail storage than most of the others and also gives me an alternative browser if needed |
