37818 2002-03-04 07:00:00 I'm confused! Your BIOS and Windows 2000 are installed and running and what do you want to do? Guest (0)
37819 2002-03-04 09:10:00 Hi dontun,

Firstly check in bios what you have as First Boot Device is, if it's floppy change it to cdrom as your first boot. Save the changes you have made and then restart your computer.(you should have a save and exit in your Cmos Setup Utility or others called it Bios.) Restart your computer (you may need to restart twice, mine worked after 2 restart depends if it worked on first try) and place the cd inside your cdrom prior to restarting your pc.

Hope this helps.

37820 2002-03-04 10:27:00 If you have four floppy disks you can create boot disks for Windows 2000. Find on the CD Makeboot or something similar on it. This will create bootdisks and all you have to do is make sure the BIOS is set to boot from floppy. Guest (0)
