| 37777 | 2002-03-04 03:59:00 | Hi, i have just purchased a Philips 105-S monitor, on the box and in the manual it is rated to 1280X960 but it doesnt want to go above 1024x768 in the normal options, i have updated my budget graphics chip ( a 10meg download, the chip is rated to 1600X1200), any ideas on how i can get the resolution up to 1280X960? Many Thanks |

It also could be caused by your graphics card, you may have to lower your colour depth to get to a higher resolution. But since its only a 15' (I think) you will probably find 1024x768 is the highest you can actually use it at. |
