| 37880 | 2002-03-03 20:43:00 | It sounds like you computer is trying to open a zip file with the wrong program. Easy way to fix this is to 1) Go through either my computer or windows explorer to the zip file. 2) Hold down the shift key and right click on the zip file. 3)from the pop up box choose 'open with'> 'choose program'. 4)Scroll down the list untill you find the zip/unzip program you have ie winzip (www.winzip.com). 5) add a tick to the box asking if you would always like to use this program with these type of files. Hit ok to close the pop up box and you are done. Jess |
