At least you can filter it right?

WRONG!

Since upgrading to Office XP from 2000 I have had problems getting my filtering rules to work. If I open up the rules wizard and use the Run Now... opton, then it is fine.

It doesn't work however when my messages arrive in my Inbox. Have racked my rains to no avail. Help appreciated.

I was about to come busting in here and say 'NO IT DOESN'T!!!'

But that wouldn't be very constructive would it?

So instead, have a crack at re-installing it... To avoid deleting your email, however, you will need to remove all the .dbx files from your outlook folder, and then put them back in after the instal.

Good luck!

37989 2002-03-05 22:10:00 Erin, .DBX files are Outlook Express files. And Outlook stores its information in .PST file.
Outlook and Outlook Express are diffrent programs.
