| 37976 | 2002-03-05 08:12:00 | Its a MS fix it tool, it should be running in the task bar so put your mouse on the icons until Dr Watson comes up open and exit throught that. First double click so it will take a look at your system. To run it: Start/Run/drwatson |

| 37977 | 2002-03-06 01:55:00 | Sounds as if you have inadvertantly got your file association for .ZIP files scrambled and pointing at Dr Watson. The old Winfile utility has the easiest interface to use to check and change associations. jt |
