| 38099 | 2002-03-06 10:09:00 | Recently my HD almost crashed for some unkonwn reasons. After formatting it, I had to load the original Win 95 OS. I am using a Philips SVGA Monitor. But after the OS reloading, what I get is only 16 colours from the Monitor!! The screen looks like an ages old photograph! Could someone help me to find an a solution to this or tell me what should have happened. Ironically, in the Win 95, I couldn't find PHILIPS listed in the monitor manufacturers' list! So my efforts to delete the 'unknown' or 'standard' type monitor to Philips failed. I would really appreciate your help. Cheers mukesh |
