I have some 80 names in a Group in Outlook Express but I dont want to send to say 5/6 of the Group. The next week I will have a different 3/4 or whatever I don't want to send to but I don't want to delete them from the Group.
At present I go thru and just select thenm from the address list (which negates the use of a Group)or if only 1/2 I delete them from the Group & then reload them later. Any way I can select who in the Group I don't send the current email to? |

Can you select the group - then delete the ones you don't want to send to? Try it (you don't have to send it if it doesn't work) and see. |

thanks but no go.Tried Rt click/Action/Send mail/left click and delete a couple but just takes me back to the Group Also tried to use Ctrl key and selecting ones not to send( or reverse - to send) but again no go. |

Heather I think u are right after all - I was put off by the fact when it went back to O/E it was just a blank Create Mail screen with the typed message etc a gone so I thought it was no good. But seems to have worked Thanks again. |
