38257 2002-03-08 03:03:00 Over the last few weeks I have had problems with programs locking up and been unable to shut down properly due to 'sysdoc32 not responding' This appears to be a Norton Utility .exe file. Can't get help from Symantec (my version Nortons SystemWorks 2000 no longer supported!) Has anyone any idea what's going on? Guest (0)
38258 2002-03-08 04:44:00 sounds like you have system doctor running. turn it off, set it to NOT start at startup. much as i like nortons, sys doctor(unlees doing testing) is not needed. also get rid of crashgaurd. Guest (0)
