| 38418 | 2002-03-09 07:07:00 | Hi All, I have just purchased & installed Win XP pro, During setup, I set up 4 logon accounts, Eg:myself & the wife have administrator accounts & the kids have limited accounts. Problem is that when it gets to the logon window it says beside my name that I have 1 unread email message, but when I look in outlook express the unread message cannot be found :-( I have deleted all messages from inbox, outbox, sent items, deleted items & drafts. Any ideas will be much appreciated, Cheers Steve |

In the left hand column click the last entry: Repair. In the drop-down list select 'Repair unread mail count' and click the 'Repair Now' button to the right of the list. This should solve your problem. |
