His mail is not affected but her mail account at the same isp, each time she logs on to get mail it is downloading the same messages time and time again plus any new messages, the settings on her account are exactly the same as on the other account. Any idea's why Outlook might be downloading the same messages all over again every time she logs in. Almost sounds as if a copy is being left on the server but somehow OE is not detecting the fact that that message has already been downloaded before. |
