| 38462 | 2002-03-09 12:36:00 | when i try to update symantec redirector it says live update has determined that this machine is running a pre realesed or a beta version of symatec norton anivirus 2002 this version of software is not supported by symantec and cannot be update please contact the vendor that you purchased the software from to be requested a realesed version of software. can any one telll me whats is this |

| 38463 | 2002-03-09 12:58:00 | sounds like you have a beta copy of nortons or have had. try uninstall, delete all nortons files it leaves behind and give it a reg clean. reinstall. check under help.....it should say if its beta or not somewhere. if it is beta then go buy the full version. | Guest (0) | ||
