| 38509 | 2002-03-09 23:55:00 | I am using a Canon BJC-70 with a Laptop (old 486). My problem is that when I try to print, up comes an error msg saying that there was a problem printing to LPT1 (Printer Port). I have checked the configuration and this is OK and have subsequently downloaded and installed new printer drivers. After all this the problem still remains. The printer is responding to a test print activated from the printer itself. Any ideas and possible solutions for the problem will be appreciated.Thank you. |
