1268909 2012-04-08 10:45:00 We read in the papers (www.nzherald.co.nz) of flagrant offending against the laws which uphold the fabric of society, and preserve the integrity of the universe. This could possibly be explained away by claiming the offenders are sinners beyond redemption and beyond help on either this plane or the next.
However I have been distressed beyond measure to see that other established organisations appear to be opening at whatever hour of this long weekend that they please, carrying on their trade in flagrant disregard of the laws of the country. The senior staff of these ventures, far from condemning this behavior are going so far as to join in, frequently in fancy dress.
It is time the churches were brought to heel, I have reported 27 examples in this electorate to the Labour Department, doubtless other churches are offending in a like manner - it must be stopped and the churches padlocked if necessary to ensure compliance. Repeat offenders should have their churches crushed. ;)
