| 1268265 | 2012-04-03 23:43:00 | I can play and copy (first stage) but when I put a blank DL in I get a no disk present message. Tried a couple of different makes but same result. Any thoughts on trouble shooting this problem? |

| 1268267 | 2012-04-04 00:09:00 | I mainly use an external Iomega Super DVD. I have successfully burned DL DVDs on it, even using blanks from the same batch as the ones that now don't register. |

| 1268271 | 2012-04-04 03:18:00 | Something to try -- Since its an external Drive, attach it to another computer, see if it has the same problem. If it does then the Drive has a fault someplace, if it works OK on another computer then the OS has a problem. You have to determine where the fault actually is - the External Drive or the computer, other wise you are only guessing. |
