| 1268065 | 2012-04-02 10:41:00 | I need a root canal done but have heard from someone that they can be a contributing factor to cancer and other diseases :eek: After a bit of googling I still can't figure out if it's just quackery or a genuine concern :confused::confused: I am naturally quite skeptical about claims like this but still like to remain open minded - any input would be appreciated :):) |

I might get cancer - seeing as it's the second most common killer these days, but then you might as well say it causes heart attacks too, actually the sight of the bill probably does. |

When I got cancer the Oncologist said it likely had stuff all to do with environmental things - so never really gave it another thought.
