38750	2002-03-11 10:13:00	Hi When I try and open up my computer or any other folder I explorer wants me to connect to the net and show me a page. Its getting on my nerves. Also Norton Anti V 2002 has told me not to view the page as malicious, yet I cant stop it from coming up. a few things have been coming up with errors as well. Dunno if related. Done virus scan with all latest up dates and is fine. But can any one tell me how to stop this page, what ever the hell it is, from coming up. Cheers.	Guest (0)
38751	2002-03-11 10:53:00	You haven't given us much info to go on but it sounds as though you may have tangled with one of the malicious sites that muscles in and sets itself up as your home page and resists being removed. Go to the top of the Pressf1 home page and click on the Postings by date button, then select 4th March; look for a posting headed 'something keeps changing my home page ...' and see if there are similarities. Other postings on the thread tell how to deal with this using Spider. There was a more recent similar posting on the same subect - can't remember the date but you could find it by doing a search on PF1 for 'spider'.	Guest (0)
