I have been in upgrade mode and I am looking for a real top Sh1t video card, I currently have a Gforce2 Mx400 Tv out, but I am looking for a really hot card,could anybody give me some names on what cards have made you proud or even ones that have made you drool, and what prices you guys would pay too would be cool. | 38694 | 2002-03-11 06:10:00 | geforse4 ti4600 www4.tomshardware.com i don't know if anyone has them here yet. price wise going by the g3 prices i doubt you will get any change out of $1000. rumor has it shipments that were coming downunder have been sent stateside due to the increase in demand there. |

| 38695 | 2002-03-11 06:11:00 | hey man, i got a few cards that are wicked...suprisingly they arnt geforce 4 etcetc, and u dont need to me a millionaire to buy them..... u may think that the geforce 4 mx 440 is wicked..but its not as good in some aspects as the Leadtek WinFast GeForce 3 Titanium 500 ,64MB DDR with TV-out $718 thats the most expensive, then theres the Leadtek WinFast GeForce 3 Titanium 200 TDH,128MB DDR with TV-out $535 and the Leadtek WinFast GeForce 3 Titanium 200 TDH,64MB DDR with TV-out $480 also..Leadtek WinFast GeForce 3 Titanium 200T ,64MB DDR with TV-out $388 these are from www.oemcomputers.co.nz check out the cards there...but the geforce 4 is all that..so give it a miss for the geforce 3 :):) | Guest (0) | ||
| 38696 | 2002-03-11 06:15:00 | The GeForce4 Ti4600 will rock. Ascent <www.ascent.co.nz have Ausutek V8460, 128MB DDR, GeForce4 Ti 4600, TV Out, DVI @ a price of $1243.69inc. A good card is the ATI Radeon 8500 (retail). If you were planning on getting something like the Ti466 I personally would wait until more retailers have them and the price comes down a tad. JM |
