| 38601 | 2002-03-10 10:43:00 | I have paid for the Norton Anti-Virus subscription service using my credit card and received the Subscription Key via email. I downloaded the 30-day trial and attempted to find the place for the Subscription Key. Now the 30 days have expired and I have not yet found a place to enter my subscription key. I have found the Norton site substandard in its help section and it would be greatly appreciated for someone to recommend how to get this product to work. | Guest (0) | ||

The 30day trial of Nortons Antivirus that you downloaded is just a trial, you need the full version for your subscription to be of any use to you. JM |
