| 38773 | 2002-03-11 21:04:00 | Herf is the keyword at the beginning of a hyperlink. Target is usually a keyword that is used with frames and defines where the hyperlinked page will open eg, self, parent and what ever names have heen assoiated with particular frames or even a nasty popup. |
