| 38884 | 2002-03-12 07:04:00 | Hey guys I was wondering if anybody has a link or the name of a really good PSX emulator. And if I didn't have to pay for it that would be better. Cheers, Dog |

Can't think of the site, but when you down load it you'll also have to download drivers for, video, CD & Sound, not to mention the 'Pal' & 'NTSC' playstation bioss's. It's a little bit of fooling around, but you should be able to find it pretty easy on 'Google'. Just look for playstation bioss's and 'ePSXe', if I get on the net tonight I'll post the web site I got mine from. But it's great. However just a note, it won't run every game, but then sometimes it's just a matter of changing a few settings to kick the game in...for example, Final Fantasy 9 will run, but the back up version won't. But then I have prob's with my original Tony Hawkes but not the backup. Best of luck emulating. |

I find that I can't get isos to run directly using epsxe but I can use Daemon Tools virtual drive to run them from the hard drive. So far I've tried FF8 and FF9 and Gran Turismo... damn that's a great game. |
