Encarta isn't the problem as such but getting the images is. My niece's computer (HP Pavillion running Windows ME) was tampered with so that most of her on screen display was enlarged. She tried restoring but no luck so used the recovery disk she got with the computer. Now she finds when she goes to Encarta there is a message saying that the photos are not available. She does not have a problem getting images of a clipart CD. |

It would probably pay to uninstall and reinstall Encarta. |

Has the computer got Incredimail installed on it?
My father-in-law found that Incredimail upset his Encarta in some way and had to be removed before the problem disappeared. |
