| 39157 | 2002-03-14 08:50:00 | I was running a program successfully. When it was updated I was continually grtting an Error Message- Type Mismatch. After much hair pulling I went to 'Help & Support' 'Fixing a Problem' and found the Program Compatability Wizard. After entering the Program and checking 'Windows 95' I am now able to run the program, but I have to ensure that any other programs are closed. Does anyone have any ideas. Incidently, someone else is running the same program OK with XP!! |

| 39158 | 2002-03-14 12:39:00 | Hi there, You dont mention what the programme is?? Did it run ok before applying the update?? If so un-install it and try reinstalling without the updates. |
