39429	2002-03-16 11:11:00	In msword, try to change font or type or print, word freezes. Basically If I click on the toolbar word freezes up and by golly I'm getting a little angry. My wife needs her word! ps also happens in excel. Have reinstalled Office but didn't help.....can you? Thanks	Guest (0)
39430	2002-03-16 21:39:00	First thing I always do is remove fastfind, faststart, and the Office shortcut bar from startup. Do that (click start, settings, taskbar and start menu. Choose start menu programs tab and then click remove. flush those suckers out of your life) and see what happens. Might just be the business. If not, do the uninstall, then delete the msoffice directory in program files, then reinstall (it doesn't really remove everything, they don't tell you that). If autocorrect and dictionaries are important to you, back them up first (think they are mostly in windows directory, but check). robo.	Guest (0)
