My sister has just bought a computer and gave me her email address which is a Yahoo one. She wrote it down and swears it is correct and that she is getting emails from other people, but every time I try, it bounces straight back to me. Her address consists of a combination of her first and last names followed by _@yahoo.com.au Does this sound correct for a NZ Yahoo address? I tried sending it to .com.nz but that bounced back too. I'm with Paradise and did have trouble with one email address this afternoon that kept bouncing back, but apart from that, this is the only one I'm still having trouble with. Any clues? |

If Tazzie's suggestion doesn't work get your sister to send you an e-mail. The header will include her address; simply select it and paste it into your address book. It will then be guaranteed correct. |

Thanks Tazzie, I thought you'd solved the problem but boing, boing, it came bouncing back again! Knowing my sister, she's probably changed her mind and isn't even with Yahoo! However, if anyone else can offer any suggestions (apart from throttling her!), I'll be waiting. Thanks. |
