39490	2002-03-17 06:27:00	I am using Word 2000 and have lost all my tool bars, including the menu bar. All I have is a blank white document, and when I open a letter the letter comes up with no menu or tool bars. I can drag down the ruler bar but when I let go it shoots back up. 39491	2002-03-17 06:37:00	Right click to the right of HELP drop down menu. Click on Standard and then do the same for Formatting. Try that.	Guest (0)

39493	2002-03-17 10:43:00	Sounds like you may be in full screen view. Try using 'Alt-V' for the view menu and see if that works.	Guest (0)
