| 39723 | 2002-03-19 01:53:00 | I have just upgraded to WinXP from Win98SE and now have a dual boot system. Whilst I am getting to grips with XP I have two small problems that someone might be able to help me with. 1. The Numlock. Works perfectly on Win98SE as it is correctly configured in the BIOS. However, when I boot into XP, Numlock doesn't work. I have to use the keyboard. Anyone know how I can configure XP to do this automatically when I boot into XP? 2. Internet connection. I believe that I have set every thing up correctly but I cannot log onto Xtra. Thinking about it, I have probably not got the Domain name correct. Can anyone advise me what the correct Domain Name is as I do not wish to hold others up by ringing the Xtra helpdesk. Would it be just Xtra or xtra.co.nz if either? Bryan. |
