| 39710 | 2002-03-18 23:27:00 | I've picked up an old HP Omnibook 4100 notebook running windows 98 and Internet Explorer. When I use the browser I can't cut and paste using the keys, only by the menu. Also I can't download. Are these access profile issues? Any other thoughts? |
