39940	2002-03-20 23:47:00	Hi There Just a small niggling fault that I can't find the answer to, useing Win 98 upgrade. The small problem is, when right clicking on the START button the first two items ie OPEN and EXPLORE are greyed out and can not be used, so how can these commands be reactivated from the right click on the START button ?.
