| 39827 | 2002-03-20 04:31:00 | I'm still searching hard for software, mainly the system disk for a Mac 512k, that I have resurected, as per my posting 17-3-02. The said system disk is on a 400kb formated, single sided floppy disk. The software is readily available from the 512k users group. Getting it to a floppy is beyond me. Apparently it can't be done on a PC. Can anyone help me please? |

| 39828 | 2002-03-20 06:52:00 | The macs used a non standard floppy. It spins the disk slower when its accessing the outer tracks to increase the capacity of the disk a little. The easiest way to copy it over would be to buy/borrow a mac that has a floppy drive and can read 1.44mb disks. |
