| 40128 | 2002-03-22 05:12:00 | how do i get to a folder in command prompt when i open it it comes up c:\documents and settings\mark k> i wish to get into my my documens folder to delete a file how do i do that??? also when i get in there do i type del*.mp3(*=filename) or delfilename.mp3 and why is it that i get dc when someone pics up a hand set around the house when im on the internet? i am running xp home |

| 40129 | 2002-03-22 05:32:00 | Which operating system are you using? In Win95 you would type where you are cd MYDOCU~1 (I might be wrong with the folder) in Win 98/ME/2k and XP I think you can type cd 'my documents' or cd my documents |

| 40131 | 2002-03-22 06:01:00 | Oops sorry. Forgot what else you needed. to delete the file you type del file.mp3 file being whatever it is and mp3 being the extension. When running WinXP I get disconnected via my internal modem if I am using that to connect to the net. My external doesn't disconnect if the phone gets picked up. There are modems that are made to handle things like phones being picked up. |
