| 40113 | 2002-03-22 03:28:00 | I read the article by Lincoln Spector regarding 'Invasion of Brower Snatchers'. I currently am having a problem with unwanted emails (membership to porn sites etc)to an old email address I discontinued about 12 months ago. I have had an occurrence of the JS.Exception.Exploit virus within the last 2 weeks. Are these connected? The old email address is not included in the list to be to be checked by Outlook Express and I don't understand how these emails are finding me. On searching my computer the only reference to the old email address (and others) is in two *.rsc files. What is an 'rsc' file? Any comments re this would be appreciated. Steve |
