| 40265 | 2002-03-24 00:43:00 | had problems with slow Outlook Express 6 after update fr IE5.5.Tried MS knowledge base Q235300 & Q271510 but not much help. run SFC and found cxapp19.sys coruppted, restored file and Outlook Express loading at lightning speed now! can any of u pros enlighten me what this sys. file actually does?
