A simple autorun file can be created using notepad and would have the following structure: [autorun] icon = icon.ico open = program.exe Otherwise, download Karen's Autorun.inf Editor, this will create the file for you. It also has the handy ability to launch html and non program files. www.karenware.com |

If you are doing it for webpages there's a program called Webcompiler which turns you webpages into .exe files. I also tested out a few programs and also making splash screens with Macromedia Director which after the screen loaded the webpage. I used Autoplay Studio to get an idea. Do a search on www.downloads.com for autorun or autoplay it should come back with a few freewares you could try out. |
