40206 2002-03-23 09:34:00 Hi Brendan,

Autorun files are saved in the root directory of the CD as autorun.inf. A simple autorun file can be created using notepad and would have the following structure:

[autorun]

icon = icon.ico

open = program.exe

Otherwise, download Karen's Autorun.inf Editor, this will create the file for you. It also has the handy ability to launch html and non program files.

40207 2002-03-23 11:11:00 I remember asking a similar question along the lines of this. The autorun inf file only works with .exe files being loaded. If you are doing it for webpages there's a program called Webcompiler which turns you webpages into .exe files.

I also tested out a few programs and also making splash screens with Macromedia Director which after the screen loaded the webpage.

I used Autoplay Studio to get an idea. Do a search on www.downloads.com for autorun or autoplay it should come back with a few freewares you could try out.
