They're working on it, never fear .
They've already got the value down, the price is a bit trickier apparently . ;)

But you have to admit that Windows Vista and Windows 7 look incredibly ugly with anything other than Aero. :p

1270489 2012-04-18 00:37:00 I woner what happened to the rumoured Windows 8 server edition? (Maybe MS thought Windows Home Server 2011 is good enough for home & small businesses?) Paul Ramon (11806)
1270490 2012-04-18 00:44:00 Windows 8 Server edition is a complete different OS, a Server OS has many features and functions the normal desktop version doesn't.

The ones listed are only Desktop/Tablet editions.

Windows Server 8 is a separate product, as has been the case with server versions of Windows since XP/2003 :)

1270493 2012-04-18 00:57:00 And what one earth is Windows 8 Local Language. Sounds to me like it will be a crippled version.
In my view there should only be three versions
Windows 8 = Home/ small user edition
Windows 8 Pro = Business and enterprise edition
Windows RT = Arm/Tablet edition.

With the Pro version they could have it where you could buy add-ons as necessary. At the moment with Windows 8 Pro will you be able to upgrade to the Enterprise edition if the business grows or will it be a complete reinstall.
