40470	2002-03-26 00:38:00	My system is running win98 with ie6 and oe6. I have recently added MSN chat and Msn Explorer. Somewhere in all of the additions i have lost the link between all my desktop icons and the programs or site they used to take me to. Clicking on MSN chat results in a blank page loading in ie6 and the only way to log in then is to copy and paste the destination from the properties of the icon. Help Please it is becoming somewhat frustrating	Guest (0)
40471	2002-03-26 03:18:00	If the links were shortcuts then you may be able to fix them by doing: Right click on icon Select Properties Select Shortcut tab Edit the Target panel by adding URL you want to go to as a parameter.	Guest (0)
