| 40589 | 2002-03-26 22:46:00 | Hi JetStart users I'm experiencing very frequent outages for the past few days. I phoned xtra's ADSL support and was told bluntly that there is no 'micro outages'; it's either my modem's problem or other hardware problems. But, I think there is nothing wrong with my modem or hardware. Any JetStart users out there having any 'micro outages', or I'm the only unlucky one? Cheers bk |
