| 40684 | 2002-03-27 12:38:00 | I notice your CD which comes with your Mag uses Setup.exe to display you html pages. I have tried to get html page to display from the autorun.inf with open=index.htm as is on your disk but i keep getting an error message 'can not find file'. What would I need todo to make a Setu.exe to do the same? |

| 40685 | 2002-03-27 23:31:00 | The Autorun.inf file can only load exe files. Depending on what you want you can turn HTML pages into EXE files using WebCompiler. Also I think PC World use Macromedia Director to make a splash screen that opens up the HTML file. There are many programs that can do this for you. One I had ages back was called Autoplay Studio that created the splash intro and then loaded what you wanted. |
