Simple question I have xtra email account Outlook Express, how do I figure out how much max total space you have . Also how do I see how much space i am currently using?Got a message saying getting close to max. Thanks |

Bruce, it sounds like you may be storing your mail messages on the server and it's getting close to capacity. Check....Tools > Accounts > Properties > Advanced. In this dialog box make sure that 'Leave a copy of message on server' is unchecked. |

Hi,
When you have done that go to www.xtramail.co.nz, log in there and clear out all your old messages that have stored on the server - and make sure you remove from trash also |
